SBREC Creating Pathways to Employment.
It has been a pleasure working in partnership with Swansea Bay Regional Equality Council we have to date trained and assessed twelve learners.
We’re proud to announce that several of the candidates have secured full time employment as a direct result of the UKCPAS training programs we tailored for them.
As a result of this success, we will be training a further six learners in the forthcoming weeks.

It has been a great experience training and assessing these candidates, meeting people from other countries like Sudan and Poland has been really interesting, though on occasions there has been a language barrier we were easily able to overcome this utilising the UKCPAS “learning and achievement through doing philosophy”
