This training program was specifically designed to give unemployed people new skills and confidence when attending interviews for grounds maintenance positions. We're very proud that this training program assisted 6 individuals into paid employment.

"5 out of the 8 have been offered employment with Gerald Davies through the YCWIS scheme, which is fantastic; I’ve also found 1 of the remaining 3 a position with a local contact centre (unrelated to grounds maintenance I know but still a start). All are due to start in April so have not signed off yet but they are all looking very promising.
So on that note it looks like 6 starts out of 8 which is a great result, the feedback from the clients has also been very good so thank you."
