It was a pleasure to train and assess these candidates. The language barriers were easily broken down by utilising the UKCPAS “learning and achievement through doing philosophy”.
Each learner was assessed following their training and met the required standard.
Any employers who are looking to recruit trained cleaning operatives and who wish to demonstrate a commitment to supporting equality and diversity in their organisation should contact Employment Officer, Wasima Moshid at Swansea Bay Regional Equality Council, This email address is being protected from spambots. Comment from Taha Idris CEO:
"Taha Idris, Swansea Bay REC's Chief Executive was very complimentary about the training provided to his clients. He said, "this was an invaluable opportunity for our clients to learn the trade comprehensively and I am sure that it would stand them in good stead for employment in the future".
Note from the Director Antony Leamon
Once again it was a pleasure to train and assess these candidates, all of whom, in my opinion are highly employable, all were enthusiastic and hungry to learn new skills to aid them in their quest for employment “good luck to all”.
